I have had many experiences in the food industry working for Wells Dairy, Schwan’s Food Company, Rembrandt Foods along with consulting with many other prominent food companies over my 37+ year in the industry. I enjoy using my background in Quality, Food Safety, and Sanitation to work with Palmer Candy on continuing the growth that Palmer has experienced the last several years.
I am passionate about Quality and Food Safety and ensuring that our customers enjoy our products each and every time they indulge.
I have lived in the area for over 35 years and when not making candy, take time for golfing, cycling and spending time with family, friends and involvement in our community.
